Just a few pointers to take note:
1. How are we going to encourage the kaleolites to come to these events and to interact with the BB/GB, or even to want to come to kaleo sessions. Are we not their friends?
2. What is the objectives of the event? if it is to integrate them(BB/GB/Kaleo), we should have a introducing time and have more interactive games instead of "individual effort" games. (time should allow for intro if during parade timing)
3. Try to minimise the KST people standing around and doing nothing. If we have no role to play, we should join in the games to interact with them and to rawr rawr the group. Also, we should think of ways in which we can be involved/help, and try to think of possible scenarios that could happen.
4. The groupings could be in their own squad, so that they are more comfortable and will be more outgoing, and reduces the time needing to splilt them up. However, will they just stick to their own squad and less interaction between the BB/GB/Kaleo? But would it be at least better than currently?
please add anything if u want :) i couldnt remember all ><

Materials required:
Objective: The team that obtains the most number of points at the end of the game wins.
Venue: Level 1 Carpark
Duration: 20-25 minutes
Materials required:
- Pearls
- Drinking Straws
- Plastic bags (the ones where it has a string)
- 12 Pieces of cardboard
- 6 Benches/rectangular tables
- 9 Newspapers
- 2 Pails
- Bags of pearls (Each "shooter" to have 1 bag)
- Straws (Each "shooter" to have 1)
- 50 Plastic bags (For the water bombs)
- 2 Pieces of cardboard (For the "defenders")
- 1 Pail (Half-filled)
- Set up the benches/rectangular tables, 3 on each side, indicated by the blue boxes
- Mark a line behind these benches to show the base boundary, indicated by the green boxes.
- Fill each pail half-full for the water bombs and place it in inside the base, indicated by the purple circles/
- Pearls to be distributed into the plastic bags (each team member is given 1 bag only)
- Place the remaining plastic bags beside the pail to be used as water bombs
- Place the newspaper in the middle of the "battlefield", indicated by the red box.
- After briefing, each team is given 2 minutes strategical time. In this 2 minutes, each team is to choose 1 "retriever", 2 "defenders" and the rest will be "shooters".
- Only the "retrievers" can take the scroll. *Take note that the scroll cannot be torn, the "retriever" which snatches the newspaper and tears it in the process will have to drop the newspaper and go back to base and have a 10 seconds stand out* The "defenders" are given a cardboard each which is their "shield". The "defenders" can only hold the "shields" and nothing else. They are to use it to protect themselves and the "retriever" from oncoming pearls and water bombs. They cannot pass the "shields" to any other team members throughout the game with the exception of a change of position. (See point 7 below.)
- The "shooters" are given a straw each. Their job is to shoot pearls using the straws and/or throw water bombs at the other team members, most importantly the "retriever" and the "defenders". They can also make more water bombs at their own base, provided if they still have water and plastic bags. They cannot re-fill the water in the pail nor take more plastic bags. "Shooters" who have used up their pearls will not get a re-fill and have to use water bombs.
- The pails containing the water can be moved from its current position, but it must be inside the base.
- Any team member who is hit by a pearl for the 4th time or hit by a water bomb once is considered "killed" and has to go back to base and have a 2 minutes stand out. During this stand out time, they are not allowed to make more water bombs. This rule applies to all, including "retrievers" and "defenders". "Retrievers" who are "killed" while holding the scroll have to drop the "scroll" at where they are, and go back to base. However, "defenders" do not drop their "shields".
- A point is awarded to each opponent team member who is "killed". 3 points is awarded to the team whose "retriever" reaches back to base with the "scroll".
- If any team members wishes to change position with another team member, for example a "shooter" wishes to change with a "defender", they must notify the Game-master and the game will be paused. The two members will then exchange position and stand at where the other person was at. Each team is allowed only 1 change of position. It is at this time, the "defenders" are allowed to pass the "shields" to the other person, while the "shooters" pass all their straw, pearls and water bombs to the other person.
